What kind of vendors take part?
The NY Erotic Art Fair’s marketplace focuses primarily on vintage erotica, rare printed matter, archives, and independent publications. Most vendors are collectors, booksellers, and publishers.

What kind of material are you looking for?
We’re especially drawn to explicit, bizarre, and unconventional material, with a particular love for dark humor. We encourage vendors to bring work they struggle to show elsewhere.

How are vendors selected?
All vendor participation is curated. With just 22–24 tables, we work with a small group of returning vendors who spend the year sourcing material for each fair. Usually, only one or two spaces become available.

Can artists or other projects participate?
Occasionally. While the marketplace focuses primarily on vintage material and publications, we’re open to artists and projects that fit the spirit of the fair.

How can I be considered?
Send a short introduction, images, and links to hello@please-knock.com Please describe what you’d like to bring and how you would present it at the fair.

Will I receive a reply?
We look at every introduction, but as a very small team, we’re unable to reply to everyone individually. We’ll be in touch if a space becomes available and your material is a good fit.
